Outstanding experience Jim Page is exceptional in his knowledge of his product but more importantly he took the time to learn about my individual needs and expectations and Jim Page is exceptional in his knowledge of his product but more importantly he took the time to learn about my individual needs and expectations and tailored our interaction to reflect that. He saw immediately that I wanted to drive a Q5 and not to talk specifics when I first arrived. Of course the car sells itself and I'm thrilled with that. But Jim followed through on each of his proposals. He researched every aspect of my lease and gave everything he promised. And in the end he made certain that every one of my concerns was addressed and resolved. I have owned 3 Benzes, 1 BMW, 1 Volvo and now am on my third Audi.
