And I purchased a new 2017 Audi Q7 from Boulder Audi last week through Mr. Jim Page. Jim is very professional, knows details about different models. And he is also very patient. It was late Saturday afternoon (after 6pm), we somehow got stuck because I forgot to bring my insurance card. He spent a few hours helping us contact the insurance agencies and getting financing paper work processed, and eventually had our issue resolved. We finally got the vehicle key around 8pm, which was one hour after the dealer closing time. On that day, it was his marriage anniversary, he significantly delayed his dinner appointment with his wife because of us. We were very impressed by his excellent service attitude! During the days before the 2nd delivery, he kept contacting with us and asked whether we had any problems with the new vehicle. On the 2nd day delivery, he can always quickly and accurately answer my questions and explained all the details very patiently till I fully understood the features ( the 2017 Q7 is new design, very sophisticated to know and learn how to use all its features. However, with Jim's professional help and direction, I quickly understood what he explained. Jim advised me that I can always catch him through phone call if I have any questions. Thank you Jim! It was a great experience buying the Q7 from Boulder Audi through your help! Next time, when my wife needs to change her vehicle, I would definitely go through Jim again. I love my Audi thanks to Katie O'Neill I started looking for a car Aug '15 and found myself test driving a Q7 at Prestige Audi in Lakewood. The office was nice and the staff friendly but no I started looking for a car Aug '15 and found myself test driving a Q7 at Prestige Audi in Lakewood. The office was nice and the staff friendly but no deals being haggled to reel me in. I stayed with my Murano until this spring when it decided it was ready for a new owner. I decided the Q5 was a better fit for my budget and started looking at Audi Denver. I e-mailed a sales representative and we were off to a good start, I looked at a used Q5 on the lot and a new Q5 on the lot. Neither seemed right for me. The new Q5 was $4k more than I was willing to spend and they weren't budging no matter how much they said "we want to make this work, what can we do to get you in this car." I started looking at other inventories because I wanted a light exterior and interior which is rare apparently since everything is black interior. I saw that Audi Boulder had a car that fit my style and had a slightly lower price tag that would reduce the $4k to $1k. I contacted the agent at Audi Denver I had been working with, when I had left the dealership the day before he said they are able to make swaps and get me whatever I would like. His return e-mail about the car I was inquiring about said something like "I don't have a stock car to trade for this one." The day before he was bragging that they had the largest inventory in Colorado. Well... I gave him the chance and he blew it. I got in touch with Audi Boulder. I was straight up, "here is what I want the cost at, here are some of the reasons I can qualify for a discounted price" (Costco member, trade in value, competing brands in household). Within minutes Katie O'Neill had set everything up and we got the ball rolling. I reserved the car without visiting the dealership and the next day Katie lined everything up via phone and e-mail so it would be short and easy once I got the to dealership. I was very impressed with Katie, she was a no xxxxxxxx kind of girl and got me all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase. She went beyond and did her due diligence to figure out I wasn't receiving the coverage that I thought I had been through Farm Bureau. She helped me set up a new insurance policy and gave me great recommendations. She knows everything there is to know about the cars and even had my MMI system up and running before we had signed the documents. She told me where I could save money and where it would be worth the extra. I appreciated the advice as a first time car buyer. I love my car and I can't say thank you enough to the Audi Boulder Team for helping me and especially Katie O'Neill. I also got to with with Matt Logue and he treated me like a friend. When I went back the next week I was very happy to be recognized by those I had worked with. More

Garrett in Sales was just awesome to work with; professional, friendly, he answered all of my questions, and stayed in touch just enough without being annoying whatsoever. After trying to work with Audi Denver (don't waste your time) I went to Audi Boulder and it was so refreshing how down to earth and friendly everyone there were. There's no weird attitude at Audi Boulder, they're just friendly people who are excited about Audi's as much as the customers are. Within 24 hours after my overnight test drive, I was signing the papers (which was also a nicely expedited process!) to drive home in my new car thanks to Garrett. I already know there's no doubt my next car will also be an Audi, or where I will be getting it from. I'm looking forward to working with Garrett and Audi Boulder for the foreseeable future. More

They make car-buying as easy as taking a walk From start to finish, I dealt with people who knew what they were about. I took a test drive then sat down with the sales agent to make it all happen. Katie was professional, courteous and guided me step-by-step through what I expected to be an arduous process. This time, however, it wasn't like that, except for the slight writer's cramp from signing my name so often. A few hand exercises got the digits working again. Hmmm... maybe they should consider using digital signatures. I traded in my Allroad and got a very fair price, more than I expected. It was a good and reliable car and I will miss it. But as Jackie Stewart once said--after a spectacular loss at Le Mans--one should not dwell too much on the automotive past. Besides, my new SQ5 handles like a dream, is sexy, smells nice and moves like the wind. Not unlike my previous girlfriend. Eli, in service, has always taken good care of my Audi and will continue to do so. Appointments are timely and a loaner car is provided. Eli is patient and always believes me when I tell him I have an issue. One issue, in particular, with my Allroad, was annoying because no one other than me could experience it. Eli and his techs tried to mollify the issue (and me) and eventually succeeded. I wonder whether the local Honda or Hyundai dealer would shown such patience and perseverance. And now for the bad stuff: none. I tried hard to find just one thing to complain about, something I didn't like about a person or the place, but I've drawn a blank. I considered making some things up, like the dealership is situated somewhere in between "Twilight" and "Zone" or that the sales agent breathed fire and was covered in bright, shiny scales. But that just won't do. In reality, Audi Boulder is a fine dealership with good people. Their service department is superb and I have nothing but accolades to bestow. I have no doubts that I will continue my friendship with Audi Boulder. More

That may seem like a strange thing to say in this day and age, but it is still very important! We got the Q7, which is hilariously high tech, and he made sure to educate us on how to work the thing before we left. He also checks back in with us, to see how things are going or if we need any more help. Jim is full service and mindful. You'll love his demeanor, humor, kindness, promptness, determination, and no-nonsense, *honest* approach to finding you the ideal vehicle (as you know, it isn't always easy). Thank you Jim for putting up with all of our last minute wishes and for making them come true! More

I didn't know what to expect when walking in to my local Audi dealer, but meeting and working with Jim Page was such an enjoyable experience. This man is AWESOME!! He is a great listener, he is patient, and he worked hard to earn my business. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. It was a refreshing feeling that I have never felt with any car purchase. I enjoyed the entire purchase process, and I look forward to working and seeing Jim again soon. Ask for Jim! More
