My wife and I first met with Tim Alexander on Sunday 9/11 and test drove the Q3. Tim showed us all of the features of the Q3 and was extremely helpful and courteous. We left knowing which Q3 we wanted but a and test drove the Q3. Tim showed us all of the features of the Q3 and was extremely helpful and courteous. We left knowing which Q3 we wanted but are plan was to finance with our bank. Therefore, we started working on the loan on Monday morning and went back to obtain a sales agreement. When we arrived, we met with Steven Hughes who was very friendly and sat us down to go over a deal. He answered all of our questions, went over all of the features of the Q3 and got us a better rate than our bank. The finance employee, whose name I do not recall, was great as well.
