This was the best car buying experience, by far, that I have ever had. From selecting the right vehicle for me, to financing, and all the details in between I was kept informed at all stages. There was never a hard or pushy sell, the entire process was quick and fully automated, and extra effort was made for a small detail like new batteries for the keys without me even asking. Vlad is a true professional, he and the team at Audi Fort Lauderdale took an interest in helping me find the right solution for me right now. I was shocked at how quickly a financing solution was presented; and James articulated the terms better than I have had in my previous 10 car purchases. Audi is an incredible brand; and I love my new car. Can’t wait to return In a couple years. More
