Drove in without an appointment with some electrical problems. The service rep looked up my 2018 Q5 and told me that there are some recalls that may solve the problem. That was great news to.me as the warrantee is no longer in effect. He said they would handle it that day and offered me a ride home. About three hours later, they called and said my car was ready and my ride back was on the way. No charge! Wow. More
