Going in was super smooth because they worked everything out before I got there and they did it without complaining or asking to many questions. They just did exactly what I nicely asked for. They gave me the service that Internet customers desire, something that a lot of dealerships are not doing. But Audi Fort Lauderdale is doing it right, exactly what I need. I make the appointment and got there all the way from Miami. Sales Manager FRANK and Sales Associate ROSARIO were super honest and nice, even that it was almost close by the time I got there. The Finance manager JOE also did his part with transparency and honesty. The entire experience was hassle free and no pressure at all. Next day that I bought the car I saw that the car was leaking, I took it back to the dealership after Samantha talked to General Manager BRENDAN and confirmed that they will take care of the issue. I got there and him and his service team assisted me without hesitations. They even gave me a rented car (they payed for it) for them to have more time to verify and service my car. Also, important to mention that teamwork was on point, even their Valet Parking guy was super cool and helpful. He took me to the car I traded in to get some stuff I left inside the day I did the purchase. A super nice guy from Venezuela, I'm so sorry that I don't remember his name. Next day servise advisor called me and everything was done and solved. I definitely recommend Audi Fort Lauderdale, not only to buy a car but to service your vehicle. If you want to have an amazing experience like mine, go to there website, look for what you want, contact them and ask for all the names I mentioned above... you will not regret it.
