While the dealership was very clean and inviting, the personnel left something to be desired. From a lack of what would've been helpful information, (i.e. for deposits larger than $5,000, only a perso personnel left something to be desired. From a lack of what would've been helpful information, (i.e. for deposits larger than $5,000, only a personal check is allowed), to an incredible amount of wasted time waiting to finalize the deal (I was the only customer (out of three total on location) who was ready to buy, I found the customer service (from finance managers on down) at this dealership to be substandard at best. I expected a much different experience from a Lithia acquisition. More

Your dealership is only as good as your employees. They made mistakes in the processing of my paperwork which would have cost me thousands if I did not catch it. The three people who were involved i They made mistakes in the processing of my paperwork which would have cost me thousands if I did not catch it. The three people who were involved in the transaction did not pay enough attention. It started with manager giving a wrong VIN number to sales and financial. The VIN number was fixed but the financial figures were not changed to reflect the change. I’m sure this is a one off situation but it was my situation and I did not appreciate the mistakes.
