While trying to stay within a budget, Christian and sales manager Steve found an option at a sister location, Christian went to pick up the vehicle for us to see and we loved it. The numbers on that deal worked for us and we are so happy with our new car. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Haven’t really had a service yet. I made an appointment online for my vehicle for a recall drove 45 minutes to your service center only to be told that they need to order the part and I made an appointment online for my vehicle for a recall drove 45 minutes to your service center only to be told that they need to order the part and leave the car without a loaner available. This was not feasible they should’ve advised me prior to Coming to your service center however Jason was professional and courteous and advised me he would call once the part is in And would reserve a loaner vehicle. this has been about a week now not sure how long it takes to get the Parts in.
