Good communication before receiving money and then after very poor. Will not go back and did not enjoy treatment over reviewing car and then after. After because I had a question that I called and emailed s very poor. Will not go back and did not enjoy treatment over reviewing car and then after. After because I had a question that I called and emailed several times to the same people, salesperson and financial manager and no response. Not good business but then again your a car dealership. Terrible parking availability' Dealer cars for sale parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP-- nothing about valet available. I was there to get a new key fob. It cost over $1000. Plus when I went to pick it up, the parts man informed me the service department had to program it and I would need to make appointment and come back. When I first came in to order the key fob, the older guy seemed like I was bothering him. And the service writer was my best experience, he worked me in while I was there and I had my car back in 30 minutes. His name was Danny. More

Made an appointment not loaner available drop the car off 2 days passed and they still couldn’t give me a day of when they Will be able to diagnose the vehicle , why make an appointment if can’t take a look 2 days passed and they still couldn’t give me a day of when they Will be able to diagnose the vehicle , why make an appointment if can’t take a look at the vehicle.
