Good communication before receiving money and then after very poor. Will not go back and did not enjoy treatment over reviewing car and then after. Terrible parking availability' Dealer cars for sale parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP parked in all handicap spots. It's next to impossible to park, They do have valet parking I was told as I was leaving. All the sign said was STOP-- nothing about valet available. I was there to get a new key fob. It cost over $1000. Plus when I went to pick it up, the parts man informed me the service department had to program it and I would need to make appointment and come back. When I first came in to order the key fob, the older guy seemed like I was bothering him. And the service writer was my best experience, he worked me in while I was there and I had my car back in 30 minutes. His name was Danny. More
