When I couldn’t get into my Audi Q7 last Fridayvbecause neither of my keys would operate even after using new batteries, I called for service. This involved several calls to Dan Peach to talk through using neither of my keys would operate even after using new batteries, I called for service. This involved several calls to Dan Peach to talk through using the physical keys and eventually required that I call for towing because my 4 year warranty had recently ended. This resulted in my being able to get into my car and drive it to your dealership early Saturday morning. Sa Schillaci was great. He ate me up with service and a loaner promptly and also worked on saving me money on tires and service charges because My warranty had so recently expired.Early Monday Dan called to tell me that the problem had benn isolated to my keys, both of them and he re-iterated what Sal had told me which was that they were working with Audi to forgive payment of over $500 for one of the keys. What Dan didn’t tell me because he didn’t want to disappoint me is that he was trying to get me both keys free of charge! When he called me on Wednesday morning to say I could pick up my car, he gave me the great news that Audi was covering to cost of both keys! Great work by Dan and by Sal before him. You guys have a great service department, the absolute best I have ever had! When it’s time to buy another car, you know where I’m coming first. Thank you to all. More
