He wasn’t pressuring me into anything like most salesmen, but instead was just trying to help me get what I wanted. There was no pressure, AT ALL. He took care of me and treated me in the same way I believe he would have treated a billionaire. With kindness and respect. When we arrived, we were greeted by their front desk assistant and told it would be just a moment before Taylor was ready, so we took a look around. My boyfriend is a car aficionado, so he thoroughly enjoyed being able to look at all the cars Audi has to offer. A few minutes later, Taylor greeted us and we sat together at his desk to discuss what my needs and budget were. The process of finding a vehicle that for my needs was quick and I was able to test drive a car that day. I loved the car and the price was great. Taylor worked with us at trying to get the car financed a few different ways and was patient the entire time. He was helpful knowledgeable, and honestly just a very genuine person, which I think is hard to find in the car sales industry sometimes. After just a few days my car was detailed and ready to drive off the lot! I would highly recommend Audi Fort Myers to friends, family and anyone looking for a car and great customer service.
