Surprisingly, as soon I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiling faces. From there forward I was passed onto Taylor, who had outstanding service. He wasn’t pressuring me into anything like most salesmen, but instead was just trying to help me get what I wanted. There was no pressure, AT ALL. He took care of me and treated me in the same way I believe he would have treated a billionaire. With kindness and respect. Every time I walk into the dealership he ALWAYS makes sure that I’m taken care of immediately. What more could anyone ask for?! Taylor is definitely the best, and I will refer EVERYONE to him. I’m so thankful, I have never experienced this kind of service. Taylor was the main reason I bought my Audi from Audi of Fort Myers. He made the process fun and stress free and I couldn’t be happier. I filled out a few different forms online and was flooded with calls from dealerships, but the first person who called about my inquiry was Taylor. When we arrived, we were greeted by their front desk assistant and told it would be just a moment before Taylor was ready, so we took a look around. My boyfriend is a car aficionado, so he thoroughly enjoyed being able to look at all the cars Audi has to offer. A few minutes later, Taylor greeted us and we sat together at his desk to discuss what my needs and budget were. The process of finding a vehicle that for my needs was quick and I was able to test drive a car that day. I loved the car and the price was great. Taylor worked with us at trying to get the car financed a few different ways and was patient the entire time. He was helpful knowledgeable, and honestly just a very genuine person, which I think is hard to find in the car sales industry sometimes. After just a few days my car was detailed and ready to drive off the lot! I would highly recommend Audi Fort Myers to friends, family and anyone looking for a car and great customer service. I would also highly recommend asking for Taylor when you go into the store. The entire team at Audi was fantastic and the would t go anywhere else for a new or used car! More
