The dealer rep asked the right questions, narrowed the potential list of vehicles and got me on the road to test drive very quickly. He listened to what I was looking for and made sure to demonstrate how each different vehicle met my needs. After the test drive the decision was easy. The normally tedious process of handling all the paperwork, doing the financing, etc. was smooth and efficient. I didn't feel like there was any wasted time. When the Audi team was off doing something to make the deal happen I took advantage of the food and drink they made available. This is the second Audi I've purchased from this dealer and I'm certain I'll be back again. More
