He personally took ownership of the problem and spent the necessary time to address my issues, after 3 days my car came back good as new. I have purchase over a dozen cars in my life and he took the time to walk through the car in detail over the phone, answer a 100 questions (I'm a bit detail oriented) and the car was as described when we arrived. That does not happen very often, he was a true professional. Mind you this was no large purchase yet my wife felt like we got the time and attention that others received buying cars that are 3 times as expensive.
