I had a 9am appt scheduled for an oil change. My car was not ready until 1630 and I was not given a car wash as requested due to the amount of time that was taken for the oil change. I waited in the lobby u not ready until 1630 and I was not given a car wash as requested due to the amount of time that was taken for the oil change. I waited in the lobby until 1645 when I was notified that my car was ready. Bryan did an awesome job as always and this negative review has nothing to do with him.
