I dare you to find a service department more dedicated to it's customers than Fresno Audi/Porsche! From the time we drove in Bryan Serpa and the crew treated us and my car like family. The staff was very knowledgeable and broke down every part that needed attention on the video which was helpful to me in choosing what services I needed. My car was then fixed in 24hrs!! I was even provided a 2021 Audi Q5 as a loaner while my car was being serviced! Talk about a stress free experience. They even washed my baby for me and had her looking just as sharp as she was running! Thank you Bryan Serpa and Fresno Audi for going above and beyond all my expectations! Customer for life. More
