Will not recommend I have always loved Audi and their cars. It took the right sales person and treatment to turn me away and completely turn me off about Audi vehicles. I have always loved Audi and their cars. It took the right sales person and treatment to turn me away and completely turn me off about Audi vehicles. I went into the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle with specific requirements. The sales person had little knowledge of their products and didn’t fit my needs to find the right vehicle I was looking for. Also, the sales rep was very rude when I inquired about the price and it was a different price for the same vehicle every time I had asked. (Higher than the previous and higher than tag price)very disappointed. Switched to Mercedes. Proud owner of the GLE63 Amg now I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More

Courteous and lowkey This dealership was open on Sundays (the only one of the Audi dealers in my area). They didn't try to show how "fancy" they were by closing on Sunday This dealership was open on Sundays (the only one of the Audi dealers in my area). They didn't try to show how "fancy" they were by closing on Sunday like BMW and Mercedes dealerships, and the clean and uncluttered design and layout of the showroom itself was a continuation of this "unfussy" approach. My salesman, Mike Firouztale, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in showing me various options and getting me to the car I finally ended up leasing at a price I was willing to pay. Other salespeople in the showroom I interacted with on a casual basis were equally friendly and low-key, making the entirety of my experience there a pleasure. More

I didn't make it easy for George as I had specific pricing parameters I was looking to achieve while still identifying the car that I wanted. George took the time to carefully review the inventory and located a car that had the packages and appearance I was looking for. He's a very nice, hard working guy who will take the time to assist you without pressuring you for a sale. I would certainly recommend Biener, however, George definitely made it a pleasant experience for me. More
