Smooth transaction from out of town I found a car I had been searching for at Biener with very low miles. A few emails and calls later we had a deal. As silly as this sounds, the vibe and approach of the salespeople is as important to me as the numbers. Drew Russo, very good sales manager; professional and polite and made it clear in a non-aggressive way he wanted to earn our business. Donald, salesman also informative and helpful with a sincere persona! We readily negotiated a deal and the car was ready the same day with some nice freebies! All weather mats and Audi swag which was a nice touch! I sense this dealership would like your business for life, not a single deal. I would recommend Biener as your first stop if you are in the market for an Audi. My experiences elsewhere were subpar in comparison. Ask for Drew and Donald! More
