When I was connected to Brian, he followed me through the searching process to ensure I was getting a price I was comfortable with. After multiple phone/texts back and forth, and me annoying Brian for the perfect color and model- I finally pulled the trigger, not only because he helped me find the perfect car, but because he even ensured that I was well aware of my options at their dealership and the deal. I spoke to them at 2 PM, made the deal, drove to LI to pick up my car at 5 PM and it was ready with all the paperwork ready to go! Neil had all my paperwork ready to go and was super personable! I have seen other dealers add on 'dealer fees' which wipe out the imaginary 'discounts' they offered up front. Biener Audi does not do this, Once the price was agreed on, the trade in made, the bill did not have more than the required taxes and DMV fees added. Honesty. More
