Excellent Service, but I truly appreciate you allowing me to have a loaner for the day of service, but could you have the tech giving out the car that he might ask "are you I truly appreciate you allowing me to have a loaner for the day of service, but could you have the tech giving out the car that he might ask "are you familiar with this model?"
