The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Terrible video of my vehicle, only recorded my license plate and nothing was understood. “32 multi point inspection” failed to report my driveshaft condition which fell out the morning after. “Complementa plate and nothing was understood. “32 multi point inspection” failed to report my driveshaft condition which fell out the morning after. “Complementary wash and vacuum” under the assumption it would be washed and vacuumed, I received the car and it had a dirty carpet on the drivers side and smudges all over my door and roof that were a pain to get of. That was not the condition I left the vehicle in. Terrible experience. More

Have experienced poor customer service repeatedly whenever I have visited this location. For an issue in your vehicle they will make you wait for weeks. For tire pressure check they made me wait almo whenever I have visited this location. For an issue in your vehicle they will make you wait for weeks. For tire pressure check they made me wait almost 25 mins which was frustrating because I was getting late for a meeting. Can’t expect such a poor customer service from the own Audi itself. More
