The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

I arranged my appointment with service advisor Mike Colles. When I arrived at the arranged time Mike was available, he checked me in and got me the prearranged loaner vehicle. I was on my way in a few Colles. When I arrived at the arranged time Mike was available, he checked me in and got me the prearranged loaner vehicle. I was on my way in a few minutes. I had only come in to have my oil level topped off. It took possibly all of 15 minutes to complete the task but what impressed me is that the tech came and located me in the showroom to give me my keys It took possibly all of 15 minutes to complete the task but what impressed me is that the tech came and located me in the showroom to give me my keys back. After getting a damaged tire from a pothole, Mike was quick to help me out. He coordinated with the tire hazard warranty company, ordered the tire and got me into the dealership within 2 days.
