When I bought my Audi Q5 from this dealership I had high expectations when it comes to server and customer service. I came for a regular oil change and I mentioned that one bulb in my left rear taillight ne expectations when it comes to server and customer service. I came for a regular oil change and I mentioned that one bulb in my left rear taillight needed to be replaced. I was told that the entire rear taillight would need to be replaced. I was told afterwards that looking at the taillight would cost me $245 even if I decided not to have the work done! I was not told that the taillight inspection would cost me $245 and I would have to wait two week for the part! I would not have bothered and simply replaced the bulb myself. I am disappointed that the dealer did not explain this to me before looking at my taillight. Charging $245 for a light inspection is absurd and I expect this fee to be refunded to my account. I have never been to a mechanic who charges to look at an issue! I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. Not telling a customer about an inspection fee ahead of time is a scam. More

I didn't have an appointment because Tim told me I could just stop by to get my tires checked because the pressure light was on.
