Such a nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, helpful with any questions we had and again, while I know this was nothing he was going to make any real money from, he treated us as I would guess he treats every customer. The Camry we purchased is beautiful and we are so grateful to have it. Carlo even followed up with a phone call to us the next day that unfortunately we missed because I would have loved to thank him again for all he did for us. I experienced great customer service once I connected with Iman. I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle out of state but he made the process extremely smooth. He conducted a virtual viewing of the car immediately upon my request. Prior to that, I had waited two weeks for a viewing by another Salesperson which never occurred. He was very attentive and responded to my questions quickly. After purchase, he cared enough to even ask that I informed him when I made it back to my designation due to the fact I drove the car over 700 miles back to my home town. That in itself went a long way and showed he cared! If only all Sales individuals could be more like Iman purchasing a car could be so much simpler. Great Job!! More
