(The diagnosis was that your seat doesn’t move while driving. Make sure there isn’t anything on the side of your seat that may be pressing the button.) I asked if the car could be ready in 3 hours as I was there for an oil change. I didn’t get a clear response. Had I been told it was likely it wouldn’t be complete until the following day (as I was told five hours later when I called) I’d have gone home. I didn’t receive a call when it was done the following day. No one was available to talk to upon pick up. I don’t know if the software update cleared up the convertible top issue. No one could answer that important question. I couldn’t tell anyone that the concern was NOT about the seat moving rather the lumbar activating on its own. I wanted that on record in case it’s a bigger issue. Add to that opening my car door and seeing the mud scraped across the side and splashed into the speaker. Just all around unacceptable at a luxury car dealership. The only positive was the friendliness of the cashier. I am checking Mike Colles name though I had zero interaction with him. He was off when I picked up the car. Perhaps if you have a day off you should pass along the files so your customers get a call?? I understand that I was his client though I believe it was Ted who checked me in. More

My first visit was on 10/31/19, and second visit was 11/15/19. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it was not indicated after first call that problems were not fixed. I only found this out when second appointment finished and parts were ordered. More
Service was great! I came to the dealership to check low coolant level/make sure my car did not have a leak. The tech’s inspected just about everything on the car and all came back clear. Rick answered all of my questions regarding why my coolant would have been low in a closed system with no leak. He was very helpful and made the decision to wave my service charge because the tech’s found nothing wrong with my car. He saved me $200! Great service from a great dealership. Thanks! More

However, this was quickly resolved by Rick Kelstrom who I would highly recommend working with if servicing your car. More
