Abject failure Couldn’t have been a less effective or productive experience. Second very poor experience with the service department. First was a quality of workmanship issue that left my air conditioning non functional after a visit unrelated to the air con. Most recently the department failed today address the primary reason for the visit while performing an oil change that took 3 hours. No plan to return to this service center. More

Average to below average Service took 1.5 hours for oil change which is too long when I had an appointment. Service personnel asked if I wanted my car washed; I thought this was standard and included and should have just happened. Nobody smiled, ever. I asked to buy a leather cleaner and 3 people didn’t know how to help me. They called Sales, Sales said it was parts and Service. A younger employee at Parts & Service said he has no idea if the product is good but read the back and said it seemed easy to apply. This is my first experience after buying my first Audi this year. I felt that for it being an “Audi” client, there was nothing special about it. Actually this is why I bought the vehicle from another dealer. Your shop does not seem to take clients seriously or at least not a female client. I’d say it was a disappointing experience because it was very mediocre. And I did spend money even with the oil change since I got my tires rotated and bought the leather cleaner. I had to ask people for it & help. More
Good for basics, clueless about tech We have a brand new Q5. We brought it in for the first oil change. It's covered by Audi, which is great. The service center was, well, fancy. We asked them to look at the nav update which was trying to install via Audi connect and was stalled at 50%. They said there was no update available. Which there was. I went home and installed it with an SD card. I feel like no one really understands the tech in this car. More
