Her knowledge about the cars was great, she was friendly and made the process very enjoyable. More than anything she was respectful - many salespeople would only address my husband. Guess what? I was the one making the decision and buying the car. Valentina treated both of us with respect and I was thrilled to buy a car from her. After buying I came back to drop off the title to my old car and Robert LeGault kindly took the time to give me another lesson on all the features in the car - much appreciated as it is a lot to take in when you first get your new car and just want to go drive it. The only negative note was that, while I appreciated the regular updates on the service progress on my vehicle, it took about 40 minutes after they said the car was complete to actually get it cleaned up and pulled around to leave.
