So he had my 35k service done for me. The shop communicates via messenger, which is fine if someone is monitoring it. Technician Tristan sent me a movie of his inspection that was quite thorough.. I was disappointed that they didn’t have the parts available to complete my recall service. It’s a 45 minute drive for me, so I’m going to have to return when parts are available. They did give me a loaner that I used for 5 days which was quite helpful. More
