Great service! I took the car in for a recall issue and to do a once over before my warranty expires. Mike Torelli really did a wonderful job of getting the car in I took the car in for a recall issue and to do a once over before my warranty expires. Mike Torelli really did a wonderful job of getting the car in right away and addressing all my concerns and questions about my A6. While I was there, I also talked with Valentina Maciunas on the latest models just to see if there's any interest in getting something newer. Call me? Went in for 40K maintenance. Ted ordered seat cover and was to get a cost on updated GPS. We called and left messages w Tod and reception and after Went in for 40K maintenance. Ted ordered seat cover and was to get a cost on updated GPS. We called and left messages w Tod and reception and after 2 weeks no return call. We had to go in for the info. Now it's been 2 more weeks and no communication. I don't understand how a dealership can be successful with this type of customer service. Carl Busch More
