Great car, better experience Went here in search of a specific used car I’d identified on Edmunds. When I got there the salesperson, Iman, was fantastic. I’d stopped at another dealership to view a similar car on the way..... completely different experience. No pressure, honest about what he did and didn’t know about the car. Iman gave my wife and I space to discuss things and didn’t play games with the sale. Price was competitive, car was in great condition, sales and F&I guys were great to work with. I’d definitely go here again More

I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Audi Hoffman Estates to mention either of their names. Bob offered guidance and expertise with the 3 cars I test drove, and Iman was my main point of contact handling the actual purchase (he was with another client otherwise he would have test drove the cars with me). Iman was very thorough and made the purchase, trade in, and financing actually enjoyable. He also walked me through all the gadgets in my new car, gave me his cell for any questions/needs and has already followed up to ensure I am happy with the purchase. This is my 4th time purchasing a car, and have never had great service like this before. Thank you Iman, Bob and Audi Hoffman Estates for making me feel special and going above and beyond to make the experience fun! More

I didn’t think twice about taking it there sinc I had my car towed to Audi in Hoffaman Estates after discovering severe damage from hitting a pothole.
