Honest and upfront Sabina showed me my options and was very knowledgeable. Bella closed the sale and showed me how to use the technology system and was very informative. . The one suggestion I have is the $495 protective paint and interior nonnegotiable addition. When you say are car costs a certain amount and then make it a requirement to have the $495 because it is already on the car that is false advertising. If it’s on the car it should be in the price not after the fact. not cool. Over all I’m extremely happy with my car and the dealership. More

Even though I have two Audi dealers closer to my home, I would go out of the way just to take it to Hoffman Estates. Worst service ever I brought my car here for an oil leak. I didn’t even get a call from anyone until after they performed service. They did a 45,000 mile service on my I brought my car here for an oil leak. I didn’t even get a call from anyone until after they performed service. They did a 45,000 mile service on my car without even asking me. They told me an oil leak is normal. An oil leak is not normal. The man on the phone was so rude and not knowledgeable at all. If I could give this place zero stars I would have. I then had to take my vehicle from this dealership to a different one where they inspected the source of the oil leak and put some die in the vehicle to be checked after I drive another 1500 miles so the source of the oil leak can be detected. None of this was discussed with the Audi representative from Hoffman states. He was so rude on the phone and spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never return to this dealership. Even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get to a different service center I will do that from now on. More
