Ridiculous they cannot patch a tire I brought my car into the dealer because of a low tire light. They checked the tires and told me the r/r had a very tiny hole in it. Then they said they could order the tire for $223. I could leave then come back in a couple of hours for them to install it. I said the hole is that bad it can't be fixed? He said no, they cannot patch tires, it's against policy. I said that's absurd and no, I'm not buying a new tire and left. Got it fixed at NTB for $22. The car is only a year old. Plus the thought they would throw a perfectly good tire away made me angry. So far I am not impressed with Audi. More

Good trade-in process I was made aware of this dealership and a vehicle they had for sale through another auto web site. When contact was made and an appointment set up, the initial sales rep could not meet with me so quickly passed me off to another, which was fine. They asked good questions on line in order to be prepared for the meeting, and answered my questions as well. Upon arrival, I was dealt with well and courteously, took a test drive, and decided to purchase the car. They evaluated my trade and actually gave me more for it than I expected. They then prepped the car for me to take home, we did all of the paperwork, and I was on my way. Follow-up email questions were answered fully and quickly - good service after the sale. I was more than satisfied with how this all was handled. More

Mike also saw to it that the car was washed and given a complimentary multi point inspection. I was also given a complimentary loaner car since the process took the whole day. I can always count on Mike. More
