In less than 24 hours after I had called and to bring my car in, they had identified the spark plug issue and recommended other 55-65k milestone maintenance. Audi SQ5 Purchase Audi HE made it easy. I live 4 hours away so most of the negotiations were done via phone. Nicolette was great to deal with. I had a trade in and the Audi HE made it easy. Service worker I came in with low expectations of having my car serviced at the dealership I did not purchase my car from. The gentleman that received me was very polite courteous I’m very helpful. I only needed my tires checked for air pressure he was happy to do this and in addition washed my car. I went to the Whitecastle next-door and by the time I was done with my lunch I received a text that my car was done already. He greeted me at the door car was waiting for me and handed my keys with a smile. If it’s OK I will be bringing my car back for servicing going forward his name was Mike Trevile (maybe) anyway please acknowledge his great service More
Short staffed service advisors on a Saturday morning? I brought my wife’s Q5 in for the regular 20k mile service and right from the beginning things were subpar at best. It was snowing pretty good when I I brought my wife’s Q5 in for the regular 20k mile service and right from the beginning things were subpar at best. It was snowing pretty good when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and they had 2 of their 3 service lanes full with parked cars. The far left service lane was opened but I was told to move my car since they just received a truck load of new inventory being delivered. I had the work performed which was done correctly and provided a loaner car. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was snowing hard at like an inch an hour and when I went to pull into the service lane it was complete full so I had to park outside. I returned the keys, the porter went and got my car and pulled it up. It was covered in 2-3” of snow so they parked it in the back lot after the work was performed. I got in an it wasn’t until I started driving that I realized all my auto controls were shut off, including the heat system. It’s the little things that make a difference when you purchase a luxury vehicle/performance brand such as Audi. I’m not asking a lot, but a snow covered car with the heater turned into the off position in -10° temps isn’t what I would expect. Just keeping it real in this day as it takes years to win a customer’s business & only seconds to lose them. More
