I got my oil top off before the oil change because this dealer is busy during the weekends. Plan ahead and make your appointments 2-3 weeks in advance to make sure you get the time you want in Saturday. Everyone is very nice and they take the time to explain what’s going on with your car. I had a recall on my car so I came back within 2 weeks to get everything fixed. Audi i was explain have a tendency to burn oil after than other cars. However, you can come in between your oil changes to top off the oil if needed. They clean the interior of your car as well as a car wash. I definitely recommend you to take your Audi to this dealer. More

Poor communication and sub par service Made an appt. dropped car off at 8am I had to call to get an update at 2pm. SA said he would call me back in 10 mins. An hr later I called back. He pu Made an appt. dropped car off at 8am I had to call to get an update at 2pm. SA said he would call me back in 10 mins. An hr later I called back. He put me on hold for 7 mins to get an update. He said my car was in next. Finally at 330 they call me to update me. They got it fixed but took forever. When I arrived they said it was due to lack of employees, being overall busy and they had a number if waiters come in. Why did I book an appointment if I could come in off the street and be serviced faster? SA was pleasant but poor communication overall. I am a vendor of this dealership and thought after buying a used Audi from another dealer this would be the best place. going forward I will rethink my options. More

I did do a few minor extras, but I was very confident with what he told me and how to proceed for the future. Your dealership has always been my preferred Audi source.
