Customer service that goes above and beyond Drove in without appointment concerned about tire pressure and was immediately taken care of. Looked at 8 different SUV's in the mid-size class and ultimately came back to our first stop in Hoffman Estates for the Q7. Love the car. The only minor disappointment is that it does not have remote start due to German legal issues. Did not realize it when we were looking at cars as we thought it was a given that all cars had it these days. Nicolette did a great job in helping us find/decide what we wanted and Eddie sure knows how to design cars! Ours is way cool with the black optics package. More
