Faster than expected repair Fuel control module failed on Q8 - no replacements available in the US & Audi said it would be 2-3 weeks from Germany. Since I had to literally limp into the dealer unannounced, no service loaners were available. They arranged for me to use a sales loaner for the 9 days my car was there. The part actually showed up ahead of the estimate & AHE had it installed & the car ready to go that afternoon. More

They need to text or call when they said they will. This was a regular oil change & brake fluid flush. We made appointment 6 weeks ahead. They said they will text by 4 pm when the car is ready. No one did and after we called they said it will not be ready until Saturday and this was Friday. Then they told us Saturday it will not be ready until Tuesday as that is when the technician assigned to it will be back. What was the point of getting an appointment so far in advance? More
