Simple out-of-state transaction; excellent communication In the middle of the night, I found exactly the CPO vehicle for which I had been searching online nationwide, and submitted a request for information. In the middle of the night, I found exactly the CPO vehicle for which I had been searching online nationwide, and submitted a request for information. The next morning Iman responded. He was very polite and informative and did a Facetime walkaround of the vehicle with me. Although the dealership didn't really budge on the asking price (I get it; they have a sixth sense of how badly their customers want a specific vehicle), I was pleased to see the invoice was exactly what we had agreed to - no ridiculous administrative or surprise fees that you sometimes see. Iman and the team at the dealership were very quick to send background information - CPO report, Carfax, etc - to me by email to help me get a complete picture of the vehicle. I gave them a credit card for a down payment, then the next day I wired the money according to their instructions. They overnighted a packet for me to sign and I returned it. A few days later I sent a car transport service to pick up my car. When it arrived 6 days later I was extremely pleased to see the car was just as described. Plus Iman saw to it that the team did a great job of detailing it and getting it ready for me. A few days later the title arrived by mail. In all I was very pleased with the transaction. More
