Great service as always I was called ahead of time and was informed that the part had arrived and I was able to make the service appointment right there over phone. I was greeted nicely at the garage as always and by name as I entered the lobby. The wait time was as promised and my car was washed which is always a nice bonus. All around great svc I toured the showroom and it appears that Audi continues to “miss the boat” on electric cars. Many beautiful examples of peak ICE’s in the showroom. Ask me how I know. I’ve owned Audi’s for 30+ years and engineering, fit & finish have always been great, ... software not so much. Future cars are all about intuitive software.
