An excellent service experience I say 'excellent' because I'm not sure of a word expressing a more-perfect experience. First because they immediately had me bring in the car when I I say 'excellent' because I'm not sure of a word expressing a more-perfect experience. First because they immediately had me bring in the car when I called with an issue. Second, a technician was working on the problem, I'm guesing, in less that 15 minutes. Third, because the problem was fixed and I was on my way, with a freshly washed car, by the way! (Too bad the rain started again less than five minutes later. And finally the Fourth reason, because the video with Mark explaining what the problem was and how he resolved it demonstrated the adage "a picture is worth a thousand words'. Thanks to Mark for his work, and to Ted for getting me in, and then seeing me out as a happy and satisfied customer. More
