The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Inconsistent, overpriced and didn’t complete recall The charge of nearly $800 for a new key was absurd. When I called, they could not find my car to know if it was done. A day later, I got a recall notice for that car in the mail. Why it wasn’t done while it was there suggests that care wasn’t taken to inspect the car as suggested. Poor attitudes among the service people who pushed me from one person to another. More

Way to expensive Crazy expensive service. They want to charge for every independent problem or diagnosis you need checked with your vehicle. I had a head light out, se Crazy expensive service. They want to charge for every independent problem or diagnosis you need checked with your vehicle. I had a head light out, service engine light on, and a noise coming from the front drivers side wheel. They did say the bulb was bad and needed replacement, the wheel noise MAYBE was a new control arm needed to replace but they were not positive, and the service engine light checkup they wanted more money to find out that problem. Don't they have a computer hookup to tell you quickly what that problem is? Okay, so I paid $160 for them to tell me a headlamp bulb needed replacement and they wouldn't even replace it if i just paid the parts cost. The tech video even showed he took out the bulb to show it was bad, its unbelievable they wanted labor to put a new bulb back in although they wont charge to put the old bad one back in...Such a waist of time and money, i just cant recommend this place, .. More

Great Service I had a check engine light come on in my S5 right before Labor Day weekend and I called in to schedule an appointment. Mike told me when the first ava I had a check engine light come on in my S5 right before Labor Day weekend and I called in to schedule an appointment. Mike told me when the first available loaner was and when I brought my car in it was ready to go for me. It was a slightly larger repair and Mike kept me posted on all of the updates. When the car was done he gave me a call and when I went to pick it up it was cleaned up and ready to go! It’s been about 3 weeks since the car was in and everything is working great. Thanks again to Mike and the Audi team! More
