Great Recommendations & Friendly Atmosphere Started the car buying process back in October 2016 when we visited with Mike M in sales to get more info on an Audi A5. When, despite every effort, w Started the car buying process back in October 2016 when we visited with Mike M in sales to get more info on an Audi A5. When, despite every effort, we couldn't find one with exactly what I wanted, instead of trying to cram a compromise down my throat, Mike suggested that it might be better to wait until I could order a 2018 and get it exactly the way I wanted it instead of compromising and getting something off the lot. He also pointed out that the A5 was going to have a redesign for 2018 that would be worth the wait and showed us what it was going to look like. He was absolutely correct. I did wait, and ordered my A5 in March (delivered in May) and it was a very wise decision. It was a little nerve wracking to order a car without having been able to see, touch, and drive it but he did not lead me astray. The car is AWESOME, and I couldn't be happier. I was also impressed that when I went to take delivery, several other employees seemed to know who I was and what I was there to do, and even though I hadn't worked with them directly, they were very friendly and helpful. I guess this stood out to me because of course, I sort of expect that from the salesperson that I'm working with, but for it to extend beyond that is a pleasant surprise. It makes me hopeful that I will have a similarly positive experience when it comes time for my first service visit ;) More
