Audi Hoffman Estates is GREAT! The service department is very good. They are very friendly, knowledgable, the charges are fair and they do it right the first time. When I expanded my search to neighboring states, I saw that Audi Hoffman Estates hadthe best selection of TTs by far. Although I was hesitant about buying out of state and from a long distance, I called and spoke with Marty, who was friendly and helpful right from the start. Through telephone and email conversations over a few days, he assured me that if I made the trip, I would be treated right and could leave with my TT that same day. Audi Hoffman Estates definitely made good on that promise. Everyone I met that day was very welcoming and put me at ease. With no haggling, I received a very fair offer on my trade-in and a very good price on my new TT, prepped and ready to go for me, and which I did indeed drive home that same day. More
