I got a loan from Bank of America but I was told I had to finance through Audi Hoffman and then refinance through my bank even though Audi Hoffman was in their dealer network. I said that didn’t make any sen finance through Audi Hoffman and then refinance through my bank even though Audi Hoffman was in their dealer network. I said that didn’t make any sense and that I would not do that so I canceled the purchase. Five minutes later they called back and said I could use my own finance. Mu paperwork was lost in the mail and they refused to just email me the one paper they needed to sign. They said the HAD to use overnight delivery and it could not be emailed. After asking no less than 10 times she finally said she got the okay to email it. Isabela was my sales person and I will never work with her or Audi Hoffman again. More

I was subjected to the worst possible treatment by Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). It simply is unthinkable that the Hall family would hire and promote an individual such as Andy Emberton (service manager) and Ted (service advisor). I knew a sales associate by the name of Valentina who used to work there and sold vehicles to a couple of my friends. I've made it my mission to convince anyone I know to refrain from doing business with Audi Hoffman Estates. More
