Management cares about the customer - and this trickles down I had some previous issues with a repair, and Jorge the Sales Manager reached out to see if he could address any of my concerns and ask what he could I had some previous issues with a repair, and Jorge the Sales Manager reached out to see if he could address any of my concerns and ask what he could do to restore any issues, and him and his team went above and beyond to make sure that not only the original issue was resolved, that the next service visit they would throw in a free oil change and Day Spa visit. I was definitely taken care of and we chucked the initial issue to a misunderstanding that could have happen to anyone. And I really appreciate Jorge's genuine concern with my service experience. The new location is great and if Jorge is any representation of how management is training their sales and service staff, then I expect nothing less than awesome service every time I come here.
