Oil leak problem extended..... I am giving them a two star because my car has been in and out of the shop since December. The first week of having the car it began to have oil consu I am giving them a two star because my car has been in and out of the shop since December. The first week of having the car it began to have oil consumption issues, and I kept having to take the car back to get checked constantly. Then finally after getting the engine swapped out (late January), I got the car back and the bay had some sort of white residue that I had to clean off. After I got home, I look at the engine to check it out there is oil on the left side of the engine. So I take it back, they clean it off and "test drive" the vehicle, and say there is no more leak. I then drive the car home last Friday, and the oil is still there. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because the Service employee (Kyle McCall) was amazing in communicating with me on what was going on with my vehicle. I had to drive up there and complain in order for the sales people/manager to help try and fix everything wrong with this vehicle. After 4 months of taking my car in and out the service center, ALMOST everything is fixed except for the oil leak that was the first reason I had taken the car in back in December. It may have just been my luck of choosing this car, but I do not believe that it should have taken this long for me to get my car. I believe that after a month or so of issues someone should have stepped in to try and help whether to see if they could fix or try and get me a similar priced vehicle. Hopefully not all used or new vehicle purchases go as painful as this transaction went. UPDATE: After much inspections, they ended up changing my heat shields on the engine and no more oil leaks. More
