Recall service I scheduled an appointment due to a couple of recalls for my vehicle. I live an hour away so it was important to me to make sure they were able to pro I scheduled an appointment due to a couple of recalls for my vehicle. I live an hour away so it was important to me to make sure they were able to provide the service before making that drive. Upon arrival customer service was great but in the end the service could not be done because they did not have a part needed to complete the service. They did wash the car so that it wasn't a complete waste of a trip; however, I don't understand why they scheduled the appointment. The whole reason I made the appointment was to avoid this result. In addition to all of that, my vehicle is actually being affected by one of the recalls and needs to be fixed because it's impacting me being able to drive it. More
