Upon arrival at the dealership the salesperson (Vince) was pleasant and efficient. Candidly, I expected a bait and switch (because of my past car buying experiences) where they'd change the new vehicle price or offer me less for my trade-in... however, none of that was the case... they honored the terms as previously negotiated. Likewise, the deal closure process was equally efficient (Dale Wilson), as was the new vehicle "training" (Atiq). Overall, my experience was extremely positive. More
