Ed was super responsive, found me the vehicle and had it transported, brought it to a reasonable price, and was helpful, friendly and proactive throughout the process. I had had a less than stellar experience when I turned in my last leased Audi back in August 2018, and had considered going elsewhere for this one—I'm very pleased I didn't, all due to Ed. (Kathy Egan was great too for explaining the technology once I had the car, but this was a much more limited interaction.) More

Exceeded my expectations with one exception. Could not find the new Audi I wanted at my local delaer (had to order the combination) so looked online and found this dealer had the car I was lookin Could not find the new Audi I wanted at my local delaer (had to order the combination) so looked online and found this dealer had the car I was looking for. They way lowballed me on my trade in initially but worked toward a price that was more reasonable after some haggling. When I went to pick up the car the salesman was very professional and did a great job in preparing the car for me to pick up! A technology associate did a good job of going over the car with me and explaining all the features, how everything worked, etc.! The one complaint I had was the sales manager experience, he tried to push me on 2 or 3 extra packages (extended warranty, a prepayed service plan, another plan that covered certain maintanence). When I told him I had been burned by buying a similar plan in the past he persisted in trying to get me to commit to one of these plans, telling me how much money I would save in the long run etc., I made it quite clear I was not interested. He would not seem to take no for an answer, which was aggravating. After he gave up he later revisited trying to sell me one of these plans again after all the paperwork was signed. What would have been a 5 star transaction was downgraded to a 4 because of this. I would hope these dealers learn if the customer is not interested in these extended plans to please give up on it and not badger us or we will look for a different dealer next time! Despite this, Jim Ellis Audi exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them, just watch out for the business manager and be firm with him! More
