I had a wonderful car buying experience with Jon Bush at Audi Marietta! I was not there to buy a big expense brand new car, I was looking for an older Lexus model as I had previously had the same RX 350 th Audi Marietta! I was not there to buy a big expense brand new car, I was looking for an older Lexus model as I had previously had the same RX 350 that had treated me well. They could have easily not been too happy to see me, because I wasn’t there to spend big bucks, but I was treated like a VIP. I walked right in and Jon was there waiting and was genuinely so excited to show me my new car right away. He was knowledgeable about the Lexus, even though this was an Audi dealership. My time there was efficient. Other dealerships had me waiting around endlessly to be met even when I had an appointment. Another nice touch, it rained a bit and Jon escorted me with a big umbrella and genuine hospitality. They gave me a trade in value that was more than expected and financing was fast with Mikaela (sp?). They got me a better APR than even my credit union was offering! The icing on the cake, there was a huge rainbow right outside as we walked over to test drive, almost as if on cue! The finishing touch was the big red bow as I drove off the lot after Jon helped me transfer my belongings from my old car to my new car. I work for a high end luxury hotel brand and I know about how people love to feel valued and genuinely cared for. Car buying for a single female can be intimidating, but Jon and the team there took such great care of me from start to finish and I highly recommend buying through them! More
