Each person that was involved in our transaction was extremely knowledgable and personable...which goes a super long way! While shopping for a car, previous to making our final decision, we visited several different dealerships (different makes) and our experience was poor at most of those. Audi Marietta is a trustworthy and respectable company with an excellent, quality product. We so very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a super car at a super price! My husband and I (with our baby) ended up staying at the dealership for some hours after we made the final decision to choose our Audi, while our paperwork was being processed, the car was being detailed, etc (it was labor day weekend and the end of the month, it was extremely busy but w/happy customers) and it felt like we were with family. We had some great laughs and the Audi Marietta team was offering us food, drinks, tv to watch and witty conversations...it was relaxing and a breeze! And finally, when it was all said and done, Gretchen (who is appointed to solely do this) walked us through every inch of our car to explain how the technology worked and to make sure that we felt comfortable. This was an OUTSTANDING car buying experience! Thanks again AUDI MARIETTA!! We will be back!!! More

Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta Our local Audi dealership couldn't find the Q5 I wanted, so my son contacted a friend at Audi in Marietta (who he worked with at Jim Ellis VW Marietta several years ago). Shaun Camay called us back in a matter of hours - he had located the exact car I wanted! We worked out the financial details for trading in my Audi and financing the new one in a couple more hours and we were all set! My son and I drove to Marietta (we live in FL) over the Labor Day weekend and the car and Shaun were waiting for us. Besides being happy to see my son, the staff were wonderful to me and treated my like their mom, as well. The paperwork went quickly, the intro to the car was smoothly conducted and we were ready to go. It was actually the most fun I've ever had buying a car! We laughed, kidded about their temporary "trailer park" office, traded stories about our cars and promised to meet up before we headed home. I can't thank you all enough. Now, both of my cars (2006 Passat 3.6, which I bought from my son, and new Q5 Audi) are from Jim Ellis Marietta!! More
