Simple as a phone call I knew what vehicle I wanted, their website showed they had it, so I gave them a call, worked out a deal, and closed it all through the phone. They made the transaction easy, and were attentive to all my questions and concerns. I didn’t pick up our A3 until 2 1/2 weeks later, and when I did, I was not disappointed. Outside of their facility being a temporary setup and not looking like an Audi dealer should look (they are building a new building right next door, and looks like it will be very nice once completed), everything on delivery was smooth and easy. No one was pretentious, and made you feel at ease. I purchased from out of state, and would do it again. More

2nd Time Around Went in to go over lease options and walked away with an AWESOME deal on a new A4!
