Service was okay, but slow and felt disorganized. I came into this service center to have a recall software update, a key fob added for my car and both keys reprogrammed. After ordering the key, I showed up the morning of my appointment and the new fob wasn't at the service center. I dropped the car off on a Monday morning and it wasn't available to me until Thursday afternoon. They did provide a courtesy car, and luckily i was out of town for a couple days anyway, so the inconvenience was minimized. The most disappointing part of my experience was when I noticed the the wheel cap was missing from one of my wheels. I called right when I got home and spoke to someone in the front office, but she didn't seem too willing to go check on it for me. She put me into someone's voicemail and I didn't hear back until three days later. The most they were willing to do was "look around for it." I guess they never found it because I called back a few times but still just told me the same thing, that they hadn't found it. What I wanted to hear was an offer to replace the part and send it to me. That never happened and left a bad impression. It's a shame that I spent hundreds of dollars, they lost a $10 part and that experience will be enough to send me to another dealership--could have been easily fixed, but I won't be giving them another chance. More

MY I GAVE AUDI MARIETTA 5 STARS BECAUSE THEY REALLY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY. MY CAR HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE FUEL PUMP. I DROPPED IT OFF ON A FRIDAY, THEY HAD THE PART IN STOCK TO FIX MY CAR AND HAD HER BACK UP AND RUNNING BY MONDAY. WHEN I PICKED HER UP I LOVED TO SEE MY FRESHLY CLEANING CAR INSIDE AND OUT, LIKE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT! I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY AND ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Drove Away With My RS5! I drove over 300 miles just to purchase my RS5 from Audi Marietta. With the advantages of the Internet, they had the most reasonably priced, fully loa I drove over 300 miles just to purchase my RS5 from Audi Marietta. With the advantages of the Internet, they had the most reasonably priced, fully loaded RS5 I could find! Mr. Vince Fabre came out, took me for a test drive, and immediately I was sold. Very little pressure. They asked me to name my trade-in price, I did, and I got exactly what I asked for (should've asked for more I guess...ha ha). Then I went in with Tony Jackson, the friendlies and most helpful business administrators. He made sure that I understood everything before signing on the dotted line...atypical in my other experiences. More
